老师会在课程开始的时候做一个测验,
老师会根据学生的测验结果制定上课规划。
Before even teaching a student, give them a pre-test so you know what they need to work on. For some students, some might take a longer time to read than others. They might struggle more. For some students, they have no problem at all reading but aren't as good at writing what you said back. For others, they can only hold conversations with the speaker but struggle on writing and reading. For an evaluation, your pre-test should have basic phrases and simple words.
